Here is a link to the webpage of Ken Kunen's Foundations of Math course. The notes are an early draft of a textbook (now out) which expresses the view that set theory is the theory of everything. The first 16 pages or so have all the philosophy comments that I was referring to in class. Email me if you have problems with the .ps format.
